Not getting full fps

Good day all just in case if some one has the same issue i had now if you’r fps stay’s at 60 fps firm and is red as well and it glitches here is one way to fix.

1) go to your video control panel.
2) go under 3d settings.
3) under global settings look for vertical sync and turn off.

and then wella you’r fixed
